Daily operations
Today at the yard, calendar, bookings, Lesson Radio and day-to-day coordination in one place.
EquestrianTech is the complete operational platform for riding schools and equestrian centres. Management, communication in the arena, intelligent teaching and much more — in one system made for those who live with horses every day.
Riding school software features
Today at the yard, calendar, bookings, Lesson Radio and day-to-day coordination in one place.
Personalised training (Caprill'IA) and the yard's social media (GaloppAI) to support teaching, analysis and decisions.
Horses with full records and due dates, people, roles, loans and progress, with organised data and controlled access.
The instructor speaks and students listen through headphones on their smartphones. No expensive hardware, minimal latency and crystal-clear audio even from the farthest arena.
A centralised calendar for instructors and office staff, self-service booking for students, and automatic confirmation and cancellation notifications. Daily, weekly and per-student views.
After the lesson the instructor leaves each rider a score and the main corrections: Caprill'IA turns them into tailored groundwork exercises. A paid service, separate from the Lesson Radio. Riders always know they are talking to an AI, and Caprill'IA never asks for health data.
Tailored dashboards for managers, office staff, instructors, grooms, students, parents and horse owners. Each person sees only what they need.
Full details (breed, sex, coat, microchip, passport), vaccinations, shoeing and insurance with automatic reminders, vet and farrier taken from your contacts and one tap away. Feeding, stall and documents in the same place.
Meals, horses going out and the day’s jobs on a single screen. The groom taps “Done” and the whole team sees it: to do, urgent, done, with no jargon or complicated indicators.
Each horse's ration in a clear table, meal by meal, with version history. Supplements and medication for a set period expire on their own, grooms confirm they have read every change and tick supplements one by one. If a horse leaves its meal, the owner knows right away. Printable stable card with a QR code that is always up to date.
Study guides you can read on your phone, mind maps and quick-revision cards, quizzes with flashcards, mock exams and subtitled video lessons, from the first rider licence to instructor exams. Access by invitation.
Enter the competition course: ET draws the plan, creates a 3D video of the track and a rhyme to remember the order of the fences before you enter the arena. Access by invitation.
A getting-started list guides the setup (arena, instructor, horse, pupil, first lesson) and sample data shows straight away how it works: remove it with one click.
Two-factor authentication, complete audit logs, consent management and the right to erasure are built into the architecture. Fonts, icons and graphics libraries are hosted on our own servers, no Google Fonts. Data protection is not optional.
Caprill'IA is a limited-risk AI under the European AI Act: riders are always told they are interacting with artificial intelligence. User disclosure and traceability are built into the architecture, in line with the transparency obligations of Article 50.
Safeguarding
EquestrianTech includes a trusted channel to receive and forward reports securely, with protected identity, confidentiality levels and access tracking.
The person reporting chooses how confidential their identity is, and it is never visible to the centre or to the person reported. With the anonymous profile, the identity is encrypted and unreadable outside the yard, and can only be decrypted by order of a judicial authority — never by the centre, never by the person reported. With the confidential profile, only the competent Safeguarding Officer can know the identity, to handle the case, while it stays protected from the centre and the person reported.
The centre names the competent Officer the report is forwarded to. EquestrianTech collects the report and forwards it to the competent person: it does not handle the case itself.
Safeguarding in equestrian centres: what the rules require and how it works (in Italian)A reporting channel and organisational support. Assessment and actual case handling remain with the competent person.
The feature that changes everything
In an equestrian arena, distance is the enemy of learning. With EquestrianTech's Lesson Radio Channel, the instructor speaks from their phone and every student hears in real time through headphones — without walkie-talkies or costly equipment.
It is always free and uses no artificial intelligence. Audio is live only: no recordings, no transcripts.
